Descripción general

Provides and supervises technical support to customers, doctors, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems.
Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical support representatives.
Ability to multi-task in a fast based environment and collaborate with key stakeholders to reach goals and objectives. Also must understand, coach and be able to perform the technical support role when needed.
Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area.
Levels within the management career stream typically have ten or more direct reports.
The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports.
Problems and issues faced are generally defined, and may require understanding of broader sets of issues.
Provide peer coaching and mentoring in support of overall department goals, performance indicators and protocols.
Continuous innovation and working towards continuous improvement.
Ability to receive and provide feedback in a positive manner, utilizing it to foster strong relationships.
Works with operations and training teams in coordinating new product launches.
Conducts follow up calls to patients that complain to the field or HCP's

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a supervisor
Advanced English level
Experience with interpersonal interactions with customers.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor, listen empathetically, and work to resolve customer issues beyond expectations even during difficult customer interactions.
Able to follow protocols of company and health agencies.
